Andy Mullet built a house for our family three years ago this November. When I say family, I mean for myself and husband along with our grown son and his beautiful wife Dana, and three grandchildren.  Over the years my husband and I have had two  houses built while living in Arkansas. The process always left saying, “never again”.  After living here in Kansas City for over two years we decided to do what we said we would never do, build again. I was very apprehensive from the beginning, but after meeting with Andy I began to feel more at ease. I can honestly say that the entire process from beginning to end was a joy. Andy was a man of his word, every detail was as agreed it would be, he was always on site

either doing work himself, or ensuring the work was completed with excellence. My family really doesn’t know a lot about the building process, so we were totally dependent on Andy, and trusting that he was going to do what he said.  On the other hand our neighbors were building their house at the same time, and Mr. Corley is an experienced contractor. While over at their house a couple of weeks ago we were

talking about our houses, Mr. Corley commented that he would come over and look at our house while it was being built and that Andy didn’t cut any corners while building our house. He said that our decision to have Andy Mullet build our home was a good one.

My wife, Jani, and I could not be more pleased with Andy Mullet and A.R Homes.  In 2007 we added on to our home—expanding the kitchen and breakfast room area.  Andy spent hours with us thinking through the details of what we wanted to do with our kitchen, deck, and house exterior.  He was both highly competent and fun to work with.  Jani, being a Interior Decorator, had visions that Andy was able to turn into reality.  He was here on site just about every day.  We know him to be honest and forthright.  Three years after completion something happened that we thought was the result of a construction error.  It wasn’t, but Andy was here almost immediately to access the situation and help us decide what we needed to do.
